You should get to feel great everyday!

Suzanne Choplin is a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, dancer, and yoga instructor with over 15 years experience in the field of movement and fitness. Suzanne obtained her BFA in musical theatre and holds an associates degree in dance, and she also studied kinesiology at San Diego State University. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds their prestigious Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications. She is a certified Functional Ageing Specialist, and a certified Silver Sneakers Instructor (Classic, Stability, Yoga). She has taught a wide variety of group fitness classes, including; Pilates mat classes, Boot camps, cardio dance, strength endurance training, ballet barre workouts, senior fitness, stretch and flex classes, and more!

Suzanne discovered her passion for fitness early in her dance career when several ankle injuries slowed her down. Pilates and physical therapy along with what she was learning in sports medicine had a profound impact on how she approaches movement and alignment today, not only in her own body, but in how she approaches training her clients.

Suzanne began working at a large fitness chain first as a group fitness instructor in 2004, then as a personal trainer in 2006. her true calling to help people feel great in their bodies was found. After many years helping countless clients  from all walks of life; moms, dancers, athletes, active older adults, students, and business professionals improve their body awareness and movement quality, Suzanne noticed that the industry started emphasizing harder, more intense workouts, the focus was all about burning as many calories as possible and bringing the body to its extreme fatigue and this style just didn't fit with what Suzanne wanted for her clientele or herself. So she left the mainstream fitness industry and started developing a style that incorporates a kinder, gentler approach to fitness, creating workouts that feel good while you are doing them, and make you feel great everyday!

In her free time, Suzanne enjoys musical theater, Disneyland, playing with her Chihuahua Coco, meditating, organizing, personal development, learning new skills, cooking healthy food, and spending time with her family in San Diego
